1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure adherence to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock not displayed on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
7. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
8. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
9. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
11. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
12. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
13. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
14. Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs with fixture and merchandise movement.
15. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
16. Participate in visual merchandising and maintenance due to sell-through.
17. Assist other departments and the selling floor as requested by store management.
18. Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.
19. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
20. Lead the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
21. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
22. Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or inventory management within a retail or luxury environment is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $25-$28 hourly, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
