- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Ensure adherence to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
- Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs with fixture and merchandise movement.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintenance due to sell-through.
- Assist other departments and the selling floor as requested by store management.
- Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Lead the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or inventory management within a retail or luxury environment is required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $25-$28 hourly, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
