1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and props.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
15. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
20. Document all deliveries to clients and track merchandise as necessary.
21. Follow up consistently with any shipping, alteration, or client-related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years required.
2. Exposure to luxury retail preferred.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within luxury retail.

$26 - $33 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
