- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock as needed.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and manage packaging levels, ordering replenishments as required.
- Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to company policies.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support visual merchandising and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
- Lead client delivery processes, troubleshooting and documenting deliveries as necessary.
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to luxury retail preferred.
The compensation ranges from $26 to $33 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
