1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock as needed.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and manage packaging levels, ordering replenishments as required.
6. Participate in inventory preparation, completion, and reconciliation processes.
7. Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to company policies.
8. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
9. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
10. Support visual merchandising and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
11. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
12. Lead client delivery processes, troubleshooting and documenting deliveries as necessary.
13. Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to luxury retail preferred.

The compensation ranges from $26 to $33 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
