1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving policies.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
5. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
7. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
15. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the sales floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify brand values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Lead the client delivery process, troubleshooting missing deliveries.
20. Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise when necessary.
21. Follow up consistently on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.
