1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and proactively address space and storage issues.
5. Manage packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to company policies.
10. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including handling damages and RTVs.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and props.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
15. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify brand values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Oversee the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
20. Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise when necessary.
21. Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years required.
2. Exposure to luxury retail is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
