1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
3. Support sales staff with merchandise needs
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions
5. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed
7. Participate in inventories and cycle counts
8. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments
9. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance
10. Partner with management for replenishment on sold-out styles
11. Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance
12. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs
13. Participate in visual merchandising maintenance
14. Assist other departments as needed
15. Exemplify brand values when assisting customers
16. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise
17. Lead client delivery process and troubleshoot issues
18. Document and track client deliveries

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Exposure to luxury retail preferred
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

1. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills

Minimum 3 years

The compensation for this position ranges from $19 - $26 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
