1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving policies.
2. Maintain inventory in an organized, clean, and secure manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
5. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is appropriately ticketed.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to company policies.
9. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
10. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
11. Assist in maintaining the store's image through general housekeeping.
12. Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs by moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
13. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
14. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
15. Assist other departments, including the sales floor, as needed.
16. Exemplify brand values when assisting customers.
17. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
18. Lead the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
19. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
20. Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Exposure to luxury retail preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $26 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
