1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and offer proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Partner with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
15. Participate in visual merchandising, including regular maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify the brand's core values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
20. Document all deliveries to clients and track and locate merchandise when necessary.
21. Follow up consistently with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Exposure to luxury retail preferred.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

$19 - $23 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
