- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving policies.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
- Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damages and RTVs.
- Partner with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
- Assist in store housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs by moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Assist other departments as needed, exemplifying brand values when interacting with customers.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise and lead client delivery processes.
- Document and track client deliveries, addressing any shipping or alteration issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to luxury retail preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
