1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, security, and organization.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate and proactively address merchandise maintenance needs, including space and storage issues.
5. Manage packaging levels and order replenishments based on business needs.
6. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete all inventory maintenance paperwork and procedures accurately.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
15. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
20. Document client deliveries, track, and locate merchandise as necessary.
21. Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to luxury retail preferred.
