- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, security, and organization.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and proactively address merchandise maintenance needs, including space and storage issues.
- Manage packaging levels and order replenishments based on business needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
- Complete all inventory maintenance paperwork and procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance due to sell-through.
- Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
- Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries, track, and locate merchandise as necessary.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to luxury retail preferred.
