1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies.
2. Maintain inventory in an organized, secure, and efficient manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock as needed.
4. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing solutions for space and storage issues.
5. Maintain adequate packaging levels and order replenishments as necessary.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
7. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete all paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
13. Support visual merchandising and operations through the movement of fixtures and merchandise.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
15. Participate in visual merchandising maintenance due to sell-through.
16. Assist other departments, including the sales floor, as needed.
17. Exemplify brand values when assisting customers.
18. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
19. Lead the client delivery process, addressing any issues with deliveries.
20. Document and track client deliveries, resolving any related issues.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury retail.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to luxury retail preferred.
