Loewe Operations Department Manager

- Identify and implement key operational improvements to safeguard product assets and enhance store efficiency.
- Support the Store Director in optimizing store processes and methodologies.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on the store's operating system, Cegid.
- Lead operational projects and collaborate with headquarters during their implementation.
- Manage stock loss targets and act as the primary contact for stock management and replenishment processes.
- Develop and implement a forecasting tool for business planning related to sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze product lines and enhance replenishment strategies to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Control & Retail Excellence Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector is required.
The annual salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000, dependent on skills and experience.
