1. Identify and implement key operational improvements to safeguard product assets and enhance store efficiency.
2. Support the Store Director in optimizing store processes and methodologies.
3. Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on the store's operating system, Cegid.
4. Lead operational projects and collaborate with headquarters during their implementation.
5. Manage stock loss targets and act as the primary contact for stock management and replenishment processes.
6. Develop and implement a forecasting tool for business planning related to sales, stock, and payroll projections.
7. Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve service quality.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
9. Analyze product lines and enhance replenishment strategies to drive sales.
10. Collaborate with the Inventory Control & Retail Excellence Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory records.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
3. Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.

A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector is required.

The annual salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000, dependent on skills and experience.
