Responsibilities
- Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring collaboration between business teams and the BI team.
- Translate business challenges into data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Work closely with BI to integrate and qualify both online and offline data sources.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track business performance and inform strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across CRM, Retail, and Marketing to prioritize analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in analytics, preferably with exposure to cross-functional projects.
- Experience in the luxury or retail industry is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
