1. Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business teams and the BI team.

4. Create dashboards and visualizations to track business performance and inform strategies.
5. Collaborate with teams across CRM, Retail, and Marketing to prioritize analytics initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, with exposure to cross-functional projects.
2. Experience in the luxury or retail industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
2. Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
3. Familiarity with agile project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish.
