1. Lead the on-time delivery of international brand initiatives from initiation through closure.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team and top management.
3. Mentor and develop the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team, fostering professional growth.
4. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
5. Analyze and optimize existing processes for operational efficiency.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Press, Marketing, CRM, Architecture, and Visual Merchandising.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
2. Experience in the fashion and luxury sector is advantageous.
3. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Solid background in project management and business process design.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems.
2. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably within the fashion and luxury sectors.
