- Lead the on-time delivery of international brand initiatives from initiation through closure.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team and top management.
- Mentor and develop the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team, fostering professional growth.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Press, Marketing, CRM, Architecture, and Visual Merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Experience in the fashion and luxury sector is advantageous.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solid background in project management and business process design.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably within the fashion and luxury sectors.
