- Lead the on-time delivery of international brand initiatives from initiation through closure.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team and top management.
- Mentor and develop the Non-Sellable Supply Chain team, fostering professional growth.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Press, Marketing, CRM, Architecture, and VM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Experience in the fashion and luxury sector is advantageous.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Project management and business process design expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, with a preference for experience in the fashion and luxury sectors.
