Loewe Merchandise Manager, Leather Goods & Accessories

- Drive Handbags and Accessories business by maximizing sales and productivity, monitoring replenishment, and collaborating with the Central Merchandising team on stock needs.
- Develop and communicate strategies based on needs and analyses to all major stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maximize Sale-to-Stock levels in all boutiques.
- Provide End-of-Season recaps, market preparation, and compile store feedback and needs.
- Survey the competitive landscape and inform the company on competitors' pricing, distribution, offers, and key launches.
- Analyze price differentials and competitor benchmarks for pricing strategies in conjunction with HQ.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional business partners.
- Travel to Paris four times a year for buying sessions and to Madrid annually for Central meetings. Bi-monthly domestic travel to visit the store network is expected.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Merchandising capacity, with a minimum of 5 years in Leather Goods.
- Historical example of good tenure and brand loyalty.
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Ability to identify problems, demonstrate initiative, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work closely across global and local teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized and detail-oriented with an excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Good knowledge of the North American market and current luxury fashion trends.
- Strong PC Skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Prior experience with Microstrategy and CEGID is a plus.
- Strong sense of luxury and fashion.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
The base compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
