1. Drive Handbags and Accessories business by maximizing sales and productivity.
2. Monitor replenishment and work with the Central Merchandising team on stock needs.
3. Develop and communicate strategies based on needs and analyses to all major stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maximize Sale-to-Stock levels in all boutiques.
5. Provide End-of-Season recaps, market prep, and compile store feedback and needs.
6. Survey competitive landscape and inform the company on competitors' pricing, distribution, offers, and key launches.
7. Analyze price differentials and competitor benchmarks for pricing strategies.
8. Maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional business partners.
9. Travel to Paris four times a year for buying sessions and to Madrid annually for Central meetings.

1. At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Merchandising capacity, with a minimum of 5 years in Leather Goods.
2. Historical example of good tenure and brand loyalty.
3. Comfortable meeting tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment with changing priorities.
4. Ability to identify problems, use initiative, and implement appropriate solutions.
5. Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Well organized and detail-oriented.
7. Good knowledge of the North American market and current luxury fashion trends.
8. Strong PC Skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Microstrategy and CEGID is a plus.
9. Strong sense of luxury and fashion.
10. 30-40% domestic and international travel required.

Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 5 years in Leather Goods.

The base compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
