Loewe Men's Merchandising Manager

- Manage assortment, inventory, and purchases for Men's RTW, Shoes, and other small categories in North America.
- Collaborate with the Central Merchandising team to develop strategies and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Maximize sales and productivity by monitoring replenishment and working with the Supply Chain team.
- Provide end-of-season recaps, market preparation, and compile store feedback.
- Survey competitive landscape and provide insights on pricing, distribution, and key launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams, including VM, CRM, Retail, HR, Marketing, and Store Development.
- Travel to Paris for buying sessions and Madrid for central meetings, with bi-monthly domestic travel to visit stores.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, focusing on RTW and Shoes.
- Demonstrated brand loyalty and tenure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the North American market and luxury fashion trends.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Microstrategy and CEGID is a plus.
- Strong sense of luxury and fashion.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, often on short notice.
Minimum of 5 years in a merchandising role, specifically within the luxury fashion sector, focusing on Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
$105,000 - $120,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
