- Drive the Men's Ready-to-Wear and Shoes business by maximizing sales and productivity, monitoring replenishment, and collaborating with the Central Merchandising team on stock requirements.
- Develop and communicate strategic initiatives based on market needs and analyses to all major stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize Sale-to-Stock levels across all boutiques.
- Provide end-of-season recaps, market preparation, and compile store feedback and needs.
- Survey the competitive landscape and inform the company on competitors' pricing, distribution, offerings, and key launches.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional business partners, including Visual Merchandising and Customer Relationship Management teams.
- Travel to Paris four times a year for buying sessions and to Madrid annually for Central meetings, with bi-monthly domestic travel to visit the store network.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a merchandising capacity with a focus on Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
- Demonstrated brand loyalty and good tenure in previous roles.
- Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement appropriate solutions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and multitasking capabilities.
- Good knowledge of the North American market and current luxury fashion trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Microstrategy and CEGID is advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury and fashion.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.
A minimum of 5 years in a merchandising role with a focus on luxury Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
$105,000 - $120,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
