- Develop and execute innovative digital media plans across social platforms and analytics partnerships.
- Collaborate with headquarters to manage paid campaigns across social media, programmatic display, and search.
- Design segmented, data-driven campaigns to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, refining strategies to deliver stronger ROI.
- Lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, and execution across SEAO, focusing on performance metrics and ROI.
- Optimize media investment through data-driven decision-making and marketing mix modeling.
- Manage and forecast the media budget in collaboration with headquarters.
- Translate global campaigns into SEAO relevant strategies through content briefs.
- Partner with agencies and media platforms to oversee campaign execution and maintain media partner relationships.
- Lead retail marketing initiatives, collaborating with local and HQ teams to enhance in-store activations.
- Design data-driven retail marketing strategies leveraging retail operations and category dynamics.
- Work with retail teams and landlords to negotiate optimal visibility and partnership-driven marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing events and activations, coordinating logistics and budgets.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital media, preferably from agency or brand.
- Strong analytical capability to evaluate ROI and run effective PDCA cycles.
- Proficient in paid digital marketing across social platforms, display networks, and programmatic channels.
- Experience with AI-driven campaign management.
- Analytical skills for working with large datasets and evaluating ROI.
- Proficiency in media planning, ad setup, and performance optimization.
- Ability to develop data-backed digital media strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organizational skills for managing stakeholders and retail marketing activities.
- Detail-oriented with good business acumen and sound judgment.
