- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including retail leases, distribution agreements, and marketing contracts.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external legal advisors for specialized projects.
- Provide practical and timely legal advice to various departments within the company.
- Oversee intellectual property projects, including contract reviews related to merchandising licenses.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the contract database.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising the company on legal changes.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an international environment, either as an in-house lawyer or within a renowned law firm.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with French as an additional advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide accurate legal advice.
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate initiative.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in an international legal environment, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
