1. Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including retail leases, distribution agreements, and marketing contracts.
2. Serve as the primary liaison with external legal advisors for specialized projects.
3. Provide practical and timely legal advice to various departments within the company.
4. Oversee intellectual property projects, including contract reviews related to merchandising licenses.
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the contract database.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising the company on legal changes.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in an international environment, either as an in-house lawyer or within a renowned law firm.
2. Proficiency in Spanish and English, with French as an additional advantage.
3. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide accurate legal advice.
4. Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate initiative.
5. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
