1. Contribute to the development of learning modules of Escuela LOEWE
2. Provide support to the Learning and Talent Development Manager on various L&D projects
3. Assist in scheduling, coordinating logistics, and supporting participant communication
4. Include training information in learning systems to create and manage courses, track learners' progress, etc.
5. Conduct research on learning and development best practices and benchmark against other organizations

1. Currently studying and able to sign an internship agreement
2. Background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
3. Strong interest in learning and development, talent management

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
2. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3. Advanced level of English
