1. Contribute to the development of learning modules for Escuela LOEWE.
2. Provide support to the Learning and Talent Development Manager on various L&D projects.
3. Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics for training sessions and support participant communication.
4. Manage training information in learning systems, including course creation, tracking learner progress, etc.
5. Conduct research on learning and development best practices and benchmark against other organizations to identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program and able to sign an internship agreement.
2. Background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
3. Strong interest in learning and development and talent management.

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Advanced level of English.

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Currently studying in a relevant field.
