1. Coordinate and lead transversal IT projects involving various business and IT teams.
2. Ensure projects adhere to scope, timing, and priority guidelines.
3. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT.
4. Monitor project progress and key milestones, providing structured updates.
5. Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to aid management and decision-making.
6. Support governance processes and ensure consistent adherence to established methods.
7. Identify risks early and assist in developing practical solutions.
8. Facilitate project closure, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

1. Experience managing projects in IT or digital environments, ideally across different teams.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
2. Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana and PowerBI.
3. Ability to manage priorities, adapt to change, and maintain project momentum.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or digital environments.
