1. Support the definition, coordination, and communication of the global Digital roadmap in collaboration with the Business team.
2. Enhance delivery and RUN organization within the Digital Delivery Team using Agile methodologies.
3. Contribute to IT operational excellence in the RUN of the Digital platform, including catalog and editorial animation, basket, order, and post-order management, special events handling, and maintaining strong back-end and web performance.
4. Assist in the coordination and securitization of releases and activations.
5. Collect and understand IT requirements and impacts related to business needs.
6. Co-lead and deliver Digital projects with the Business team and development partners.
7. Manage and deliver smaller IT projects or specific IT aspects of larger projects.
8. Monitor, track, and handle risks on projects.
9. Manage technical and contractual relationships with technical/delivery partners and third parties within the Digital ecosystem.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.
2. Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile SCRUM.
3. Knowledge of IT systems and requirements within Digital architectures.
4. Experience with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform is advantageous.
5. Proficient in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

1. Strong communication skills with both business and technical team members.
2. Experience with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
3. Ability to maintain a high-level view of IT architecture on projects and the platform.
4. Promote best-in-class IT practices: security, scalability, performance, and automation.
5. Stay informed about current Digital IT solutions and best practices.

Minimum of 3 years in IT project management, with experience in digital projects.
