1. Effectively control the company's indirect costs, understanding business needs, and challenging figures where necessary.
2. Manage and control the operating expenses of the industrial facility, identifying risks and opportunities.
3. Co-validate and understand pricing structures, ensuring data consistency and system updates.
4. Contribute to the end-of-month process in collaboration with the team and actively participate in trend analysis and budget projections.
5. Analyze variances, provide explanations with recommended actions, and monitor follow-up.
6. Collaborate with various areas of the organization on improvement projects and cost efficiency initiatives.
7. Coordinate and prepare financial and analytical reports for the controlling manager and other departments.
8. Develop and monitor business performance metrics to track plant performance.
9. Oversee the construction, monitoring, and follow-up of the plant’s CAPEX.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Ability to synthesize and create reports
4. Proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset
5. Proficient in Excel
6. Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus

Beginner level experience in industrial controlling or a related financial field.
