1. Participate in Training & Development activities, including tracking training activities within the Manufacturing business area and coordinating with training providers.
2. Support the Talent Acquisition team in talent mapping, interviewing, campus recruitment, and internship coordination.
3. Collaborate in the launch of HR communications.
4. Monitor work absenteeism, attendance, trade union spreadsheets, and working hours reductions.

1. Currently enrolled in an educational institution.
2. Availability for a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
3. Advanced level of English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent communication skills.

No prior experience required, but a beginner's understanding of HR processes is beneficial.
