Loewe HR Operations Specialist

1. Manage and execute HR processes covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding procedures, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations.
2. Ensure strict compliance with HR-related policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting updates as needed.
3. Prepare and coordinate data for payroll and incentive calculations, attendance management, and benefits administration.
4. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS through data entry, updates, and audits.
5. Support the creation of various HR reports and data analysis to aid decision-making within the HR department.
6. Collaborate with the Loewe HQ HR Operations Team to optimize HR systems and ensure seamless and accurate system interfaces, driving continuous improvement.
7. Participate in HR system enhancement and implementation projects.
8. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
9. Support employees to ensure smooth access to HR services and assist with communication to provide HR-related information.
10. Support the execution of HR operations in compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and industry standards.
11. Support responses to internal and external HR-related audits.
12. Actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR operational efficiency and employee engagement.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR-related operations.
3. Experience using various HR systems and SAP.
4. Advanced proficiency in PC skills, particularly Excel, along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
5. Basic knowledge of labor laws.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.
