Loewe HR Operations Specialist

- Manage and execute HR processes covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding procedures, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Ensure strict compliance with HR-related policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting updates as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate data for payroll and incentive calculations, attendance management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS through data entry, updates, and audits.
- Support the creation of various HR reports and data analysis to aid decision-making within the HR department.
- Collaborate with the Loewe HQ HR Operations Team to optimize HR systems and ensure seamless and accurate system interfaces, driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in HR system enhancement and implementation projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support employees to ensure smooth access to HR services and assist with communication to provide HR-related information.
- Support the execution of HR operations in compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and industry standards.
- Support responses to internal and external HR-related audits.
- Actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR-related operations.
- Experience using various HR systems and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in PC skills, particularly Excel, along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- Proactive in learning new knowledge and skills, embracing change.
- Team player who can cooperate and contribute effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Continuously seeks improvement and contributes to operational efficiency.
- Comfortable communicating in a global environment.
- Strong aptitude for numerical management and data accuracy.
