Loewe HR Operations Specialist

- Manage and execute HR processes covering the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with HR-related policies and support updates as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate data for payroll, incentive calculations, attendance management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS through data entry, updates, and audits.
- Support the creation of HR reports and data analysis to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Loewe HQ HR Operations Team to optimize HR systems and ensure smooth interfaces between systems.
- Participate in HR system enhancement and implementation projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support employees to ensure smooth access to HR services and assist with communication of HR-related information.
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, internal regulations, and industry standards.
- Support responses to internal and external HR-related audits.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HR-related operations.
- Experience using various HR systems and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive in learning new knowledge and skills.
- Team player with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong aptitude for numerical management and data accuracy.
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HR-related operations is required.
