1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment for sales and stock positions in retail teams across Southern Europe, as well as internships at the Head Office.
2. Post job openings, screen applications, source talent, conduct interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
3. Maintain timely communication with stakeholders, coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and update recruitment trackers.
4. Manage the internship process, including agreements, onboarding, integration, and follow-up.
5. Address HR-related inquiries from stores regarding payroll, benefits, promotions, and other HR matters.
6. Assist in payroll processes in collaboration with local HR and HR operations.
7. Monitor and follow-up on employee data, ensuring efficient processing and archiving.
8. Assist in managing temporary staffing agencies and the invoicing process.
9. Support the preparation, organization, and reporting of regional training sessions.
10. Contribute to HR projects, corporate reporting, and HR initiatives.

1. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
2. Eligible for an internship in Spain and able to sign an internship agreement with a university.
3. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

1. Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. High level of discretion and professionalism.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Beginner level experience, ideally suited for those at the start of their HR career journey.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Study support valued at €800-900 per month, along with a daily lunch allowance.

The internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of human resources, mentorship from seasoned HR professionals, and a collaborative work environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:30pm and Fridays from 9am to 3pm.
