Loewe Head of Compliance

1. Oversee all aspects of product compliance for various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents, including special projects and global marketing initiatives.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program addressing all legal and regulatory requirements, aligned with the LVMH global roadmap.
3. Create and update compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
4. Stay informed on product-related regulations and standards in relevant markets, organizing effective regulatory monitoring.
5. Identify and assess potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
6. Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to address potential human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
7. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners, developing remediation plans for identified risks.
8. Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda, monitoring environmental performance.
9. Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
10. Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in international projects or manufacturing industries.
2. Sound knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
3. Professional certification is preferred.

4. Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language such as French or Italian is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a focus on international projects or manufacturing industries.
