Loewe Head of Compliance

- Oversee all aspects of product compliance for various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents, including special projects and global marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program addressing all legal and regulatory requirements, aligned with the LVMH global roadmap.
- Create and update compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
- Stay informed on product-related regulations and standards in relevant markets, organizing effective regulatory monitoring.
- Identify and assess potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to address potential human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners, developing remediation plans for identified risks.
- Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda, monitoring environmental performance.
- Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in international projects or manufacturing industries.
- Sound knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
- Professional certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language such as French or Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a focus on international projects or manufacturing industries.
