1. Oversee all aspects of product compliance across various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Create and update compliance policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
4. Stay informed about product-related regulations and organize regulatory monitoring.
5. Identify and assess potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
6. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct regular risk assessments.
7. Implement a duty of vigilance program to address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
8. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
9. Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda.
10. Monitor and report on environmental performance and identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
11. Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management.
12. Build relationships with regulatory agencies and represent the organization in discussions with authorities.
13. Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects.
2. Sound knowledge of legal requirements and controls, including relevant laws and manufacturing standards.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
4. Professional certification is preferred.

2. Well-developed organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish, with a third language such as French or Italian being advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, ideally within manufacturing industries.
