Loewe Head of Compliance

1. Oversee all aspects of product compliance for various product categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program addressing legal and regulatory requirements, aligned with the LVMH global roadmap.
3. Create and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
4. Stay informed on product-related regulations and standards in relevant markets, organizing effective regulatory monitoring.
5. Identify and assess potential risks across the organization, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
6. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
7. Conduct regular risk assessments and update the organization's risk profile.
8. Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to address potential human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
9. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
10. Develop and implement remediation plans for identified risks.
11. Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda.
12. Monitor and report on environmental performance within the Industrial and Supply Chain scope.
13. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
14. Establish systems for tracking products and materials throughout the supply chain, ensuring compliance with traceability requirements.
15. Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management and relevant committees.
16. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and stakeholders.
17. Represent the organization in discussions with regulatory authorities.
18. Investigate and resolve compliance violations.
19. Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
20. Manage, motivate, and involve teams to ensure long-term success of transformations.

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects of significant complexity or in manufacturing industries.
2. Sound knowledge of legal requirements and controls, including relevant laws, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
4. Professional certification is preferred.

4. Good command of English and Spanish (verbal & written). A third language (French or Italian) is a plus.
