Loewe Head of Compliance

- Oversee all aspects of product compliance across various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with legal and regulatory requirements and the LVMH global roadmap.
- Create and update compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
- Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance within the Industrial and Supply Chain scope.
- Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management and relevant committees.
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects of significant complexity or in manufacturing industries.
- Sound knowledge of legal requirements, relevant laws, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
- Professional certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with a third language (French or Italian) as a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a focus on international projects and manufacturing industries.
