1. Oversee all aspects of product compliance across various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with legal and regulatory requirements and the LVMH global roadmap.
3. Create and update compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
5. Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
6. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
7. Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda.
8. Monitor and report on environmental performance within the Industrial and Supply Chain scope.
9. Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management and relevant committees.
10. Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects of significant complexity or in manufacturing industries.
2. Sound knowledge of legal requirements, relevant laws, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
3. Professional certification is preferred.

2. Well-developed organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
5. Proficiency in English and Spanish, with a third language (French or Italian) as a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a focus on international projects and manufacturing industries.
