Loewe Head of Client Experience

- Lead the execution of global luxury events such as Show Experiences, VIC Days, and the Craft Prize with precision and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Communications, and Retail teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Support regional initiatives including collection launches, store openings, and key brand moments.
- Define the global store animation strategy to maintain consistency and local relevance during peak periods and key calendar events.
- Drive the recruitment, upgrade, and retention of (V)VIC clients through curated experiences and exclusive services.
- Oversee global gifting programs, ensuring alignment with LOEWE's brand codes and creating memorable experiences.
- Streamline processes and continually enhance experiential operations to improve quality and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Global Client Experience team.
- Proven experience of 10–15 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Successful track record in delivering high-end global events and experiential programs.
- Deep understanding of (V)VIC expectations and luxury emotional codes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for aligning global and regional teams.
- High emotional intelligence, operational rigor, and strategic agility.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
