- Maintain and update the store handbook, ensuring clarity and usability across all regions.
- Coordinate internal communications and develop presentations for the Global Retail Operations community.
- Assist in monitoring store operations KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Oversee stock levels of retail packaging and support the introduction of new store assets.
- Contribute to retail operations initiatives and the rollout of new projects to enhance store and back-of-house efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Eligibility for an internship in Spain and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and additional languages are advantageous.
- Self-initiative and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience in a retail and/or fashion environment is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
The internship offers a 6-12 month program with hands-on experience in retail operations, a collaborative work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:15pm and Fridays from 9am to 2:45pm.
