1. Retrieve, compile, and analyze retail performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying performance gaps with proposed solutions.
2. Support the implementation of retail excellence initiatives and assist in coordinating new projects to enhance customer experience.
3. Manage customer survey results and support action plans, including Net Promoter Score and Mystery Shopping project development and analysis.
4. Coordinate internal communication across retail teams and develop presentations and reports.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, providing analytical support for projects.
6. Assist the Retail Excellence Manager in new project development, sharing opinions and feedback.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Informatics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. Eligibility for an internship in Spain, ideally with the ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Team player with a service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
7. Self-initiative and proactivity in solving collateral situations.
8. Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into simple and effective takeaways.
9. Fluency in English; Spanish and other languages are highly valued.

Previous experience in a client-centric service environment and/or in retail is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month, along with a daily lunch allowance.

A 6-12 month internship program offering hands-on experience in Retail Excellence Performance, within a collaborative and supportive work environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:15pm, and Fridays from 9am to 2:45pm.
