- Lead the digital transformation of HR operational processes to align with corporate objectives.
- Identify and evaluate digitalization opportunities across HR Operations to enhance efficiency.
- Manage HR technology landscape, acting as the HR product owner for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Implement HR technology solutions to advance digitalization of HR Operations.
- Audit global HRIS data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Design and drive visualization of global reports using PowerBi.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process success and performance.
- Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and liaise with external providers.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in HR systems management.
- Advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of HR operational processes and data governance standards.
- Experience in complex, global HR system environments.
- Analytical and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Power Query and PowerBI.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems management, with a strong understanding of HR operational processes and data governance standards.
