1. Analyze weekly and monthly commercial performance, coordinating and preparing sales reports with qualitative insights.
2. Prepare and lead Monthly Compass meetings to evaluate commercial performance.
3. Monitor new store openings to identify factors influencing success or underperformance.
4. Lead commercial processes, including end-of-season sales and pop-up store coordination.
5. Oversee the Store Metrics 2.0 project, ensuring accurate store metrics and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
6. Develop slide decks and supporting materials for strategic planning, budget processes, and KPI tracking.

1. Robust analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
2. Strong understanding of retail and luxury business dynamics.
3. Precision and reliability in data analysis and reporting.
4. Ability to present global frameworks while accommodating local needs.
5. Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
