- Cultivate and expand a network of Very Important Clients (VICs) and elite clientele, enhancing their connection to the Maison.
- Serve as a trusted personal stylist and fashion consultant, offering exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
- Identify high-potential clients, deepen their engagement, and enhance their shopping experience through tailored recommendations and personalized interactions.
- Promote sales of high-value items by seamlessly integrating the Maison's aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
- Embody the Maison’s DNA, mastering styling fundamentals and curating complete, cohesive looks.
- Inspire the team by demonstrating a deep understanding of fashion, trends, and the Loewe silhouette, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Elevate the in-store styling culture by sharing and guiding Client Advisors at morning briefings and monthly training sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one personalized styling sessions, making fittings an immersive, enjoyable, and aspirational experience for clients.
- Cultivate an emotional connection between clients, the brand, and their wardrobe selections, reinforcing loyalty and exclusivity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion styling or a related field.
- Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and elite clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire and educate team members on styling techniques.
- Proficiency in conducting private styling sessions and exclusive events.
