1. Cultivate and expand a network of Very Important Clients (VICs) and high-net-worth individuals, enhancing their connection to the brand.
2. Serve as a personal stylist and fashion consultant, offering exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
3. Identify and engage high-potential clients, providing tailored recommendations to elevate their shopping experience.
4. Drive sales of elevated pieces through bespoke styling solutions that embody the brand's aesthetic.
5. Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
6. Demonstrate mastery of styling fundamentals, curating cohesive looks that align with the brand's identity.
7. Inspire and guide Client Advisors through training sessions to refine their styling techniques.
8. Conduct personalized styling sessions, creating immersive and aspirational experiences for clients.
9. Foster emotional connections between clients and the brand, reinforcing loyalty and exclusivity.
