1. Leverage an established network of Very Important Clients (VICs) and cultivate new elite clientele to strengthen their connection to the Maison.
2. Act as a trusted personal stylist and fashion consultant, guiding clients through exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
3. Identify high-potential clients and elevate their shopping experience through tailored recommendations and personalized interactions.
4. Drive sales of elevated pieces by translating the Maison's aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions.
5. Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
6. Embody the Maison’s DNA by mastering styling fundamentals and curating cohesive looks.
7. Inspire the team with a deep understanding of fashion trends and the Loewe silhouette, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
8. Elevate in-store styling culture by guiding Client Advisors in refining their styling proposals and approach.
9. Conduct personalized styling sessions, creating immersive and aspirational experiences for clients.
10. Cultivate an emotional connection between clients, the brand, and their wardrobe selections, reinforcing loyalty and exclusivity.

1. Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.

3. Highly attuned to the needs of affluent clientele, delivering tailored luxury experiences.
4. Deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion with a strong affinity for Loewe’s aesthetic.
5. Experience in hosting private styling sessions and exclusive events.
6. Dynamic and inspiring professional eager to educate and guide Client Advisors.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
