- Develop and maintain a strong network of Very Important Clients (VICs) and high net worth individuals, enhancing their connection to the brand.
- Serve as a personal stylist and fashion consultant, offering exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
- Identify and engage high-potential clients, providing tailored recommendations and personalized interactions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Drive sales by translating the Maison’s aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
- Master and embody the Maison’s DNA, curating complete, cohesive looks that align with brand identity.
- Inspire and guide the team through morning briefings and monthly training sessions, refining their styling proposals and approach.
- Conduct personalized styling sessions, creating immersive and aspirational experiences for clients.
- Cultivate emotional connections between clients, the brand, and their wardrobe selections, reinforcing loyalty and exclusivity.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Recognized fashion authority with an established VIC client book.
- Deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion, particularly LOEWE’s aesthetic.
- Experience in hosting private styling sessions and exclusive events.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with an elite clientele.
- Ability to adapt to client lifestyle and business objectives.
- Dynamic and inspiring leadership, capable of educating and guiding Client Advisors.
- Collaborative skills to work closely with store and HQ teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion styling or a related field.
