1. Leverage an established network of Very Important Clients (VICs) to cultivate and strengthen relationships with high net worth individuals.
2. Serve as a trusted personal stylist, providing exclusive selections of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Handbags, and elevated pieces.
3. Identify and engage high-potential clients to enhance their shopping experience through tailored recommendations.
4. Drive sales by translating the Maison's aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions.
5. Collaborate with the team to support clienteling and styling activations during private events and key brand moments.
6. Master styling fundamentals and curate complete, cohesive looks aligned with the brand identity.
7. Inspire team members by sharing fashion insights and guiding Client Advisors in refining their styling approaches.
8. Conduct personalized styling sessions, creating immersive and aspirational experiences for clients.
9. Cultivate emotional connections between clients and the brand to reinforce loyalty and exclusivity.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Recognized authority in fashion with an established VIC client book.
3. Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
4. Deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion.
5. Experience in hosting private styling sessions and exclusive events.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000-88,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
