Loewe Facilities Coordinator

- Oversee maintenance operations across regional spaces, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, vendor management, and quality checks for HVAC, cleaning, MEP, and fire protection systems.
- Prioritize urgent maintenance needs and support store openings and closings.
- Negotiate prices and contracts for maintenance services with third-party vendors.
- Coordinate vendor training initiatives and provide performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain preventive service schedules and implement best practices.
- Liaise with landlords and government departments to ensure compliance with lease standards and regulatory codes.
- Conduct inspections of fire safety systems, elevators, and other facilities.
- Travel to locations for facility management audits and vendor evaluations.
- Implement sustainable planning and analysis strategies.
- Manage vendor and contract relations for facility repairs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Track and report on repair and maintenance budgets, recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Establish service levels for stores, equipment technicians, and contractors.
- Coach operations on store conditions and compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store planning, operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
