1. Oversee maintenance operations across regional spaces, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Coordinate scheduling, vendor management, and quality checks for HVAC, cleaning, MEP, and fire protection systems.
3. Prioritize urgent maintenance needs and support store openings and closings.
4. Negotiate prices and contracts for maintenance services with third-party vendors.
5. Coordinate vendor training initiatives and provide performance feedback.
6. Develop and maintain preventive service schedules and implement best practices.
7. Liaise with landlords and government departments to ensure compliance with lease standards and regulatory codes.
8. Conduct inspections of fire safety systems, elevators, and other facilities.
9. Travel to locations for facility management audits and vendor evaluations.
10. Implement sustainable planning and analysis strategies.
11. Manage vendor and contract relations for facility repairs and troubleshoot technical issues.
12. Track and report on repair and maintenance budgets, recommending cost-effective solutions.
13. Establish service levels for stores, equipment technicians, and contractors.
14. Coach operations on store conditions and compliance.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in store planning, operations, or project management.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Experience with third-party vendors and budget management.
