Loewe Executive Assistant

- Oversee day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities for the President and direct reports.
- Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion.
- Prioritize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the President's calendar, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of business needs.
- Liaise with Global Head Office for meetings with CEO and top management.
- Oversee office standards and organization.
- Coordinate and prepare budget/business reviews and senior executive meetings, preparing confidential materials.
- Manage budget and expense reports, holiday gifting, and brand-specific office events in line with company policies.
- Organize logistics for meetings, including agendas, booking rooms, and preparing materials.
- Create and implement processes for team efficiency, including filing and organizational systems.
- Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate meeting planning.
- Prepare travel and expense reports, reconcile corporate card expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure deadlines are met and requests are addressed.
- Execute miscellaneous projects as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a relevant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented with a desire to support a collaborative executive environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a relevant role.
Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, dependent on skills and experience.
