1. Assist in generating weekly selling reports and business analysis to track performance, identify key trends, and maximize opportunities for tradability.
2. Support the transition with weekly Power BI uploads, trade emails, merch executive highlights, central trade presentations, and consolidate store feedback.
3. Prepare Best Sellers & Slow Movers deck and action plan in alignment with Retail & Visual Merchandising.
4. Conduct ad hoc analysis on collaborations and collections.
5. Support recommendations for reorders on bestsellers and share insights based on analysis to drive business impact.
6. Follow up with supply chain on stock rebalances, distribution, and stock pushes, providing weekly guidance and support via the Raci template.
7. Prepare Assortment Matrix, Panoramas, and Key Info Training for collection launches.
8. Prepare Pre-sale tracker and follow up on performance.
9. Act as the key point of contact for stores for feedback during buying campaigns.
10. Support the setup of purchase order files and assist with purchase reviews for WRTW.
11. Analyze store feedback and present qualitative findings to the Merchandising team to inform buying decisions.
12. Conduct sizing analysis and alignment with stores.
13. Submit and follow up on uniform orders with stores.
14. Conduct weekly benchmarking on competitors and trends to support monthly trend analysis.
15. Prepare store opening and closing action plans and assortment presentations.

1. Eligibility for an internship and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.

1. Excellent numeric and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
5. A genuine passion for Loewe and its collections.

Beginner level experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
