Loewe EMEA CRM & Clienteling Intern

- Support the execution of client events, including RSVP management, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Consolidate orders and ensure the accurate delivery and tracking of client gifts.
- Assist with organizing VIP client experiences, such as Fashion Week.
- Support the creation and communication of Clienteling campaigns and lifecycle journeys to stores.
- Ensure store teams have access to the Clienteling app, manage open tickets, and follow up on requests.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports.
- Eligibility for an internship and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for Loewe and clienteling.
Beginner level experience in CRM or related fields is preferred.
Must be eligible for an internship through a university program.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
