- Manage chargebacks and payment disputes proactively, gathering evidence to recover funds.
- Optimize anti-fraud software performance and conduct detailed segmentation analysis.
- Identify, investigate, and report fraudulent transactions, implementing strategies to minimize financial loss.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to prevent fraud and maintain robust online security.
- Support the integration and testing of new payment methods across various markets.
- Monitor and report on key fraud and payment performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support e-commerce operations by identifying and escalating technical issues related to payments.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements within the evolving risk landscape.
- Act as a central liaison, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing risk considerations across different regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Payments, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, payments, or risk management.
- International expertise in online fraud management.
- Proficiency in machine learning fraud detection software and payment platforms (e.g., Adyen, Riskified).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, payments, or risk management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Finance, Payments, or Business Administration.
