1. Manage chargebacks and payment disputes proactively, gathering evidence to recover funds.
2. Optimize anti-fraud software performance and conduct detailed segmentation analysis.
3. Identify, investigate, and report fraudulent transactions, implementing strategies to minimize financial loss.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to prevent fraud and maintain robust online security.
5. Support the integration and testing of new payment methods across various markets.
6. Monitor and report on key fraud and payment performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Support e-commerce operations by identifying and escalating technical issues related to payments.
8. Continuously identify and implement improvements within the evolving risk landscape.
9. Act as a central liaison, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing risk considerations across different regions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Payments, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, payments, or risk management.
3. International expertise in online fraud management.

1. Proficiency in machine learning fraud detection software and payment platforms (e.g., Adyen, Riskified).
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, payments, or risk management.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Finance, Payments, or Business Administration.
