Loewe Distribution Planner

1. Manage distribution of seasonal and permanent collections to stores and regions worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate product flow.
2. Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to support launch cadence and in-store availability for new collections.
3. Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels, driving daily allocations and replenishment decisions based on market demand.
4. Support global stock rebalancing between stores, countries and regions to optimize sell-through and service levels.
5. Provide visibility to internal stakeholders on stock availability, incoming shipments and allocation plans.
6. Handle ad-hoc shipping requests for press, events and brand activations and support related logistics execution.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase distribution efficiency and accuracy.

1. Minimum three years' experience in distribution planning, supply chain or inventory management, preferably within fashion or retail.
2. Proven analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across regional teams.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other distribution/BI tools is desirable.
6. Solid understanding of inventory concepts such as stock coverage, allocations and replenishment.

Minimum 3 years in distribution planning, supply chain, inventory or retail operations; experience in fashion retail preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
