- Collaborate with the Store Manager/Director to enhance team development through regular coaching and feedback.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture talent, ensuring robust succession plans.
- Motivate and manage the team to drive business growth and foster an empowering environment.
- Organize team and shop floor coverage to adapt to business needs.
- Set and monitor team and individual goals in partnership with the Store Manager/Director.
- Lead and coach Managers/Team Leaders to develop their business acumen and leadership skills.
- Support new employees and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
- Lead client interactions and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow to ensure exceptional service.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in fostering a client-centric store environment.
- Develop the customer database and optimize data capture.
- Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Manager/Director.
- Focus on developing specific product categories and maximizing their potential.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
- Assume full responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Director.
- Ensure store processes and procedures provide an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory processes.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and solution development skills.
- Passionate about fashion, art, and culture.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
