1. Collaborate with the Store Manager/Director to enhance team development through regular coaching and feedback.
2. Identify, recruit, and nurture talent, ensuring robust succession plans.
3. Motivate and manage the team to drive business growth and foster an empowering environment.
4. Organize team and shop floor coverage to adapt to business needs.
5. Set and monitor team and individual goals in partnership with the Store Manager/Director.
6. Lead and coach Managers/Team Leaders to develop their business acumen and leadership skills.
7. Support new employees and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
8. Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
9. Lead client interactions and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
10. Manage customer flow to ensure exceptional service.
11. Support the Store Manager/Director in fostering a client-centric store environment.
12. Develop the customer database and optimize data capture.
13. Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Manager/Director.
14. Focus on developing specific product categories and maximizing their potential.
15. Build and maintain a loyal client base.
16. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.
17. Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
18. Assume full responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Director.
19. Ensure store processes and procedures provide an exceptional client experience.
20. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory processes.
