- Support the Store Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
- Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and individual development plans.
- Recruit and develop talent to ensure effective succession planning.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet dynamic business needs.
- Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and managing progress.
- Lead and coach managers and team leaders to develop their business and people skills.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new employees for positive integration.
- Communicate company messages and information with passion during briefings and meetings.
- Role model client engagement and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high levels of service and client acknowledgment.
- Support the Store Director in fostering a client-centric mindset within the store.
- Develop the customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
- Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Director for strategic planning.
- Identify and develop product categories to maximize store potential.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
- Understand market trends and competitive landscape to enhance knowledge and awareness.
- Analyze store performance and develop actions based on results and audits.
- Assume full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Director.
- Ensure store processes and procedures provide an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of policies and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure flawless implementation of retail tools for front and back of house experiences.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and management.
- Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, art, and culture.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and curiosity to listen and understand.
- Agility and creativity in solution development.
- Team collaboration with various stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail environment.
