1. Support the Store Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
2. Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and individual development plans.
3. Recruit and develop talent to ensure effective succession planning.
4. Manage and inspire the team to drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.
5. Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet dynamic business needs.
6. Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and managing progress.
7. Lead and coach managers and team leaders to develop their business and people skills.
8. Ensure effective onboarding of new employees for positive integration.
9. Communicate company messages and information with passion during briefings and meetings.
10. Role model client engagement and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
11. Manage customer flow to ensure high levels of service and client acknowledgment.
12. Support the Store Director in fostering a client-centric mindset within the store.
13. Develop the customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
14. Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Director for strategic planning.
15. Identify and develop product categories to maximize store potential.
16. Build and maintain a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
17. Understand market trends and competitive landscape to enhance knowledge and awareness.
18. Analyze store performance and develop actions based on results and audits.
19. Assume full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Director.
20. Ensure store processes and procedures provide an exceptional client experience.
21. Maintain a thorough understanding of policies and ensure their implementation.
22. Ensure flawless implementation of retail tools for front and back of house experiences.
23. Maintain inventory accuracy and management.
24. Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, art, and culture.
4. Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
5. Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
